REVIEW: AMINO ENERGY BY OPTIMUM NUTRITION 

Today I am reviewing  AMINO ENERGY BY OPTIMUM NUTRITION. It's a pre-workout drink.

WHY WE NEED A PRE-WORKOUT DRINK?

Pre-workout drink helps to perform better so that we could do our workouts well. When you have a serious goal when you have a deadline when you have following the workout plan and nutrition plan than you have to add that essential supplement which You Need in Recovery and performance.

WHAT IS AMINO ACID?

Amino means Aminos
Energy means – Caffeine 

Amino Energy – they combined 2 ingredients in Amino Energy. So it is a caffeine amino acid-based pre-workout supplement. Its brand name ON (Optimum Nutrition). Optimum nutrition has been in the market for the last 30 years. It's a well trusted and popular brand. Their line is top class. The special thing of optimum nutrition is that what is written in its labels the same found inside it. That's why this brand is a well-trusted brand. 
Let's check the label first:


  • Serving size – 2 scoops (9g of 2 scoops)
  • Calories – 8 calories
  • Carbohydrates – 2g
  • Amino blend – 5g (Taurine, glutamine, arginine, leucine, alanine, citrulline, isoleucine, valine, tyrosine, histidine, lysine, histidine, lysine HCI, phenylalanine, threonine, methionine)
  • Energy blend – 160mg (caffeine, green tea extract, green coffee extract)
So you saw that there is a combination of two ingredients (Amino acid + caffeine)  inside it.

Two types of amino:

Essential
Non-essential

It comes in many flavours. Its taste very good in all flavours.

WHEN YOU CAN TAKE IT?

You can take it in the empty stomach means you can take it first serving in the morning and second serving in pre-workout. You don't need to add milk or juice you can use only cold water, It's perfect. You need to 2 serving in a day.

WHY WE TAKE IT BEFORE A WORKOUT?

Because its help to prevent muscle breakdown. I wanna tell you that if you are following a fat loss program so it's very helpful to achieve your goal. During fat loss when your down carbohydrates, At that time there is a lack of glucose in your body and glucose is the primary source of energy. 

When we stop taking carbohydrates than there is a lack of glucose in your body and at that time the body uses your muscles to glucose, which is absolutely wrong. 

When we add amino acid in our diet than our body prevents muscle breakdown that time our body go to anabolic. At that time, our body muscle will not convert to fuel, Fat will convert and burn the fat through energy.

If you have already amino acid than you don't need to add any amino acid. If you eat white 6 eggs before 30-60 minute workout than you don't need to add Amino Acid. You can add 1 cup of black coffee than you get ingredient the same. 

So you can use 6eggs with 1 cup black coffee, you get the same ingredients which you will get from this supplement.

This is handy if you have no time and you can afford this then you definitely add Amino Energy.

Its cost around 2000 in our country. Its affordable product.



SIDE EFFECTS

It has no side effects. If you taking 2 serving in a day then it's safe because its caffeine limitation is 300mg and you will take caffeine more than 300mg so it's not healthy. Caffeine is a legal drug.

If you drink more coffee in a day and also take Amino energy than its increase caffeine level so reduce coffee and which people don't use coffee, this supplement is perfect for them.

If your body sensitive, your body not absorbing than I will suggest you start with 1 scoop amino energy in a day.
