Homemade Protein Bar

A protein bar is really good for you. You can take it to office, work or when your travel, before the gym, after the gym whenever you get time. Make protein bar and put it in the fridge, whenever you need a quick snack then you can have it.

You have to need it 6-7 ingredients to make protein bar. Let me tell you which ingredients you will have to need it.

Whey protein (Prefer chocolate flavour)
Natural oats
Natural honey
Peanut butter
Low fat or non-fat milk

Protein Bar Recipe

We will make two different mixtures. In the one bowl we will make wet mixture (liquid) and in the second ball, we will make it a dry mixture.

Firstly we will start with a dry mixture

  1. In dry mixture firstly add 1 cup of oats. 1 cup of oats has 54grams of carbs.
  2. Now add 2 scoop whey protein. Whey has around 48grams of protein but oats have a little bit of protein as well, so total protein is 60grams and carbs around 55grams.
  3. Now add 1 tea spoon cinnamon powder (5gram).
  4. Then add raisins (1/4 cup).
So this is our dry mixture. Now its mix them well.  So our dry mixture is ready.

Now let’s start wet mixture

  1. Firstly we will a little bit of add milk (1/4 cup). Milk should be a little bit warm so this will mix well.
  2. Now 2 spoon peanut butter So if milk is warm then peanut butter will mix well.
  3. Now add one spoon honey
  4. Now, will add wet mixture in dry mixture then mix well them. 
  5. The last step is to put it in the square container, if you have a baking sheet then you can use that.
Now if you put this mixture direct in container surface then it will stick because you will have to put in the fridge so you can use a grocery bag or plastic paper so this won’t stick.

Now add all the mixture in it and put the container in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Take it out of the fridge after half an hour, your protein bar has ready.
