Today I am reviewing Cell Tech (Post-workout) by MuscleTech. A lot of people have used it but a lot of people don't know about it.

MuscleTech is a very popular US brand, it has so many lines like Muscletech Multi-Vitamin Essential Series - 90 CapsulesWhey proteinPre-workout, but I am cover CellTech its a performance series.
It is creatine based post workout drink, they have combined carbohydrates and creatine.

People need to understand that we need carbs and protein after a workout.

You have to combine Whey protein with it. CellTech has only carbs and creatine, its not a complete post-workout drink.            


You have to combine it with Whey protein or eat egg whites separate then it will work.

Let's talk about what’s in this Supplement?
Calories 160, Carbs 38g, Sugar 15g, Vitamin C, Vitamin B, sodium, potassium etc. The main powerful ingredient is creatine monohydrate and creatine HCL (Hydrochloride) and as you know its strength that's why it's powerful.

• CREATINE MONOHYDRATE – 3.5G
• CREATINE HCL – 1.5G
Same like you use Creatine 5g with whey.

It has cell volumizer aminos:
TAURINE & L -ALANINE

It is a building block of protein after exercise it supplies glucose in the bloodstream at a faster rate. Then it has BCAA which helps to rebuild muscles, recovery and prevent muscle breakdown.

BCAA 2:1:1 Ratio
Lucine 2:1:1 Ratio
Isoleucine and valine which is perfect.

Also, it has ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid) it has antioxidants which protect your immune system. It is a very good product but you have to use it carefully.

Follow the company's instructions :

They give you 3 different directions to use, They Said, “either take 1 scoop or 2 scoops or load for a week.
Why loading because of creatine. They have combined creatine, BCAA, Antioxidants and Carbs. When we combine Whey protein in it become a perfect post-workout drink.

Make sure you take 1 scoop only, if you take 2 scoops then Creatine will be double 10g and I don't recommend that much Creatine, So 5g creatine is good which keeps your muscle fuller.

You need creatine into the muscle cells not outside, too much creatine will make you bloated and mess up the definition.

Water will be outside the muscle which makes you bloated. That's the very bad thing you can do. You don't have to make a mistake.

CELL TECH – 1 SCOOP
WHEY – 1 SCOOP
BANANA – 1

Fruit punch Flavour is good you can mix it with any whey flavour.


Overall its very good product. It definitely best in post workout because it has creatine, carbs, BCAA and Antioxidants.


If you can afford it then get it. Cost around 2500, 25$ in the US.
