Today I am reviewing Protinex.

Protinex is available in every single store in the Indian market. I will tell you when to use and how to use it. I have some information about protinex.

Is it healthy or unhealthy?

Almost every doctor recommends it but when we talk about high-quality protein(Pure Protein), that's where it failed. Let’s check out the label first to know good and bad things, what is inside protinex.

You have to see in label Protein rate is  9.6g and Sugar rate is 9.3g, that's the problem. It means in every 2 spoon you will get 9 gram protein and 9 gram sugar, that sugar part is not good. That's where it get failed compared to Whey protein or isolate. It's out of the competition.

But it's healthy for you, I will tell you how to use it. 

Carbs are 16g and fat is almost 0, protein is fine, calories are low... Which people who can’t afford supplement how can they use it. People who can afford a supplement, my preference would get whey protein. I have already get reviews about whey protein you can get anyone.
Now let me tell you how to use it-

As I told you in this Protinex you will get almost 9g protein and 9g sugar. If you get one cup of milk and add 2 spoon of protinex, One cup of milk contains 12 grams of protein and 9g in protinex means total protein is 21g.

Understand again -
1 cup milk = 12g protein
2 spoon protinex = 9g protein
Total = 21g protein 

Now talk about sugar, sugar is 9 gram in two spoon protinex and 10g sugar is in milk its natural sugar, total sugar value is around 20g.

1 cup milk = 10g sugar
2 spoon protinex = 9g sugar
Total = 19g 

so it’s mean it’s good in post workout with milk it’s perfect. If you can’t afford whey protein that this is a good supplement in post workout.

Follow the instruction :

1 cup milk cold or hot, two spoon protinex. Protein-20g, sugar-20g, carb-24g... Its good post-workout drink.

Use non-fat/low-fat milk.

So definitely if you afford supplement then get whey protein otherwise get protinex. It’s a perfect supplement, only use it at post workout because it has high sugar. Having a few times a day will increase the sugar level which is not good.
