Today I am reviewing SYNTHA-6 WHEY PROTEIN BY BSN. It's an American Brand its very popular brand. There are so many products on the market.

Firstly we will check the label after that we talk about SYNTHA 6.

So you have checked the label. You can see there is mentioned It's an "Ultra-premium protein” but it's not a high-quality protein. If we talk about high-quality protein so its biological value is very less.


PROTEIN AVAILABILITY

Syntha 6 scoop size is 47g and the amount of protein inside a scoop is 22 grams so its mean protein availability is 47% in Syntha 6. Rest of things besides this you will get fat carbohydrate and sugar.

Sugar is 2g, fat is 6g and carbohydrates is 15g means if you buy that type protein because you need it but what is mean if protein value is less of 50%. You are paying for 100%, but you get 50% protein and the other things you get fat, sugar and carbohydrate, which is not good.

It has 70mg cholesterol in one serving that is a lot of cholesterol. Other protein supplements which are selling on the market if you are using you can check the label there will be around cholesterol 35mg and the cholesterol inside it is double. So you saw that in Syntha 6 cholesterol double but protein half, carbohydrates double so Syntha 6 not a good post workout supplement.

Syntha 6 is good protein but if you want to use for post-workout so syntha 6 is not a good post-workout supplement because this will not fast absorb.

Any other time you can take syntha 6, first in the morning breakfast.  You can use it at any time instead of pre-workout and post workout. Syntha 6 is a very good meal replacement that I can say.
